MEET OUR PARTNERS
At Nan’s Bakehouse, community is at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to partner with local businesses to stay connected and be part of something bigger than ourselves, like our neighbourhood butcher, fresh produce markets, and even local gyms. This page is all about shining a light on the incredible people and businesses we team up with, so you can get to know the community we’re proud to be part of.
WEST FOOTSCRAY ROOSTERS FOOTBALL CLUB
We’re proud to support the West Footscray Roosters’ junior and women’s teams, two incredible groups that bring passion, energy, and community spirit to every game. On match days, you’ll often find our pies and pasties in the canteen, keeping players, families, and fans well fed. We also love providing free fruit and cookies for the teams to enjoy after the game. Being part of the Roosters’ community is something we truly value, it’s partnerships like these that make local connections so special.
HOPEWELL FRUIT & VEG
We’ve teamed up with our friends at Hopewell, our local fruit and veg shop at Footscray Market, to give perfectly good produce a second chance. Each week, we collect their ‘imperfect picks’ and the extras that didn’t sell by the end of the day, because a few quirks don’t take away from their flavour or goodness. We use this fruit in our breakfast’s, as well as to make our fresh juices and smoothies, bringing that real, homemade feel to everything we serve. It’s a small way we work together to reduce waste, support local, and keep things fresh.
FITSTOP ASCOT VALE
At Nan’s Bakehouse, we’ve teamed up with Fitstop Ascot Vale to make your weekly routine a little easier. We supply Fitstop with our meal prep posters, giving their members a chance to sign up for our ready-to-go food for the week. In return, they provide our customers with their weekly class schedules and exclusive free week trials. It’s all about making your day-to-day more seamless. Great food, clear plans, and one less thing to think about.
Darraweit Valley Cider House
Set in the rolling country landscapes of Darraweit Guim, Darraweit Valley Cider House has been one of our biggest supporters since day one. From their very first orders to today, they’ve backed us wholeheartedly, and we’ve loved returning the favour by catering many of their weddings and special events. It’s been a true collaboration that’s grown naturally over time, and we’re proud to be part of what they do.
MCIVOR FARM FOODS
We’ve partnered with McIvor Farm Foods, a family-run farm just up the road in Tooborac, to bring you ethically raised, pasture-fed pork. Their pigs are free to roam, forage, and live the way nature intended—resulting in meat that’s not only full of flavour but also raised with care. Every cut we use comes directly from their farm, so when you’re enjoying our pork, you’re supporting local farmers who genuinely care about animal welfare, sustainability, and quality. It’s real food, done right—just how it should be.
ROASTING WAREHOUSE SPECIALTY COFFEE
We pour Roasting Warehouse coffee every day, because we believe good coffee starts with good people. They’ve been with us since we opened, and like us, they’re proudly family-owned and fiercely passionate about what they do. Their beans are freshly roasted everyday, full of character, and handled with care. As they keep growing, we’re proud to keep serving their coffee, simple, honest, and always spot on.
FOOTSCRAY HALAL MEATS
We source all our halal meats from our trusted local butcher, Footscray Halal Meats. Just around the corner, they’ve been serving the community for years with quality cuts, careful preparation, and a deep respect for tradition. We know exactly where our meat comes from, and that it’s handled with care every step of the way. It means we can serve you food that’s not only fresh and flavourful, but also aligns with the values that matter—local, halal, and made with heart.
